The Battery Co. in association with Rockwell-LA debuted the smashing first episode of “Los Feliz 90027” this week. The much anticipated new theatre dramedy is the hippest soap opera since … well we’ll get back to you on that. The show written and directed by Jake Wilson is an uber-unique blend of half-filmed, half-live performances and we’re pretty sure that’s never been done before. What’s even more interesting is the show’s hip, young and super attractive cast.
The first scene opens with an unbelievable breakout performance by Los Angeles newcomer Tory Devon Smith as Zach Turner. Also starring Rumer Willis, Natalie Hall, David Hull, Sam Pancake, Ruby Karyo, Perez Hilton and many more, the show is an auspicious take on life in one of the most envied zipcodes by hipsters all across the nation.
