Cinco De Mayo weekend is upon us. As we celebrate the victory at the Battle of Puebla over drinks and food, we have procured our weekly rundown of music to accompany this celebration. Viva La Musica!

To kick off the vibes, we have TeflonZincFence's new Dub Policy EP. A slow ride of dub breakbeats, reminiscent of everything we like about dub renaissance. The scarcity of vocals allows the listener to create their own space, space we can't get enough of being a part of. Pree below:

Sylvan Esso is a KNG2LA favorite and their new release has been on our radar since last week. Their brand of electro-pop continues to push against the confines of traditional electronic music and, with their most recent release What Now, they have solidified themselves as purveyors of the funk.
