As we all know, the beef between certain dancehall camps and artists is mad real and as the diss tracks keep coming, dancehall fans are kept glued to their screen to see who's next in line.

Popcaan, who had not responded to Alkaline's diss track since the release of "Microwave" earlier this year, seems to have finally settled the score with his new song, "Anytime." The song hasn't been promoted as a diss track but many dancehall fans are reading between the lines. The new fire track was produced by Buju Banton's son, Markus Myrie. Press play:

It wouldn't be Dancehall Fridays without a mention of Vybz Kartel. The incarcerated deejay dropped two songs in one day earlier this week. One track titled, "How Can You," which features dancehall sensation Ishawna; as her and Kartel combine forces for the second time this year. The song was produced by Jones Ave Records and talks on the subject of love and sex being two different things. Listen below:

The other new Kartel single, titled "So Easy," was produced by Adidjahiem Records and leaves many dancehall aficionados to ponder the lyric, β€œEvery man in a me style a so the p**** them stay,” and question if that was meant for Alkaline.  As many in the culture believe, Alkaline's vibe is very similar to the dancehall king.
