Anything Vybz Kartel touches is fire, even at his prison. Earlier this week a fire broke out at the Tower Adult Correctional Center where Kartel is incarcerated. The fire erupted in a different section of the facility from where Vybz Kartel is located and no injuries were reported. Yet, leave it up to the internet to supply us with "fire" memes.

The Jamaican Gleaner touched on a different subject, discussing how many of the correctional facilities on the island need some major infrastructure repair. See what they reported on Instagram below:

Dancehall fans the world over sure are happy the 'World Boss' is okay. We are forever thankful for the fire tracks Kartel releases such as, "Love It," back in May, which spawned a new remix by Walshy Fire and Bad Royale.

Vybz Kartel is releasing tracks even after the prison fire scare. New YardStyle Entertainment production, "Mash Up The Place," is an electronic pop track and produced by JJWizzle and Rico Tayla. True to form, it has already topped the reggae and dancehall charts. Watch the lyrical video below and hang tight for the music video, out soon.

Another sure fire way to enjoy Vybz Kartel is through the acapella configuration of one talented singer hailing from Trinidad and Tobago, Dencie Millien. She recently covered Kartel's hit "Colouring This Life." The talented young singer covers her favorite artist's music on Saturdays under the hashtag #SingingSaturdays. She has quite the following on Instagram, 28.8K to be exact, and quite the voice to match. Pree below:
